Active Forever offers a variety of fun, low-impact physical activities for people aged 50 and over. Delivered in community venues, lunch clubs, assisted living homes and more, the programme is designed to boost physical wellbeing while tackling isolation and loneliness. From gentle seated exercise and beginners’ Pilates to, line dancing, every class is supportive, sociable and tailored to all abilities. Many sessions include refreshments and time to chat because staying active should feel good in every way.
