Your Questions Answered
Do I need any experience to join a class in Washington?
Not at all, our Washington classes welcome complete beginners and anyone who hasn’t exercised in years. There’s no pressure, no judgement, just a friendly group of people doing their best. Come along and see.
How much do classes cost in Washington?
Most sessions are £4–£5 per person. Several programmes, including the first Mission 2 Mobility, are completely free. Keeping things affordable is something we feel strongly about.
Where exactly are your Washington classes held?
We run sessions at a range of community venues across Washington, including Washington Millennium Centre in Concord. Get in touch, and we’ll let you know what’s nearest to you.
What is the best exercise class for beginners in Washington?
Our Active Forever and Mission 2 Mobility classes at Washington Millennium Centre are perfect if you’re just starting out. Sessions are welcoming, low-impact, and fully adaptable, so it doesn’t matter how long it’s been since you last exercised. Come along, have a cup of tea, and meet the group.
What is a good beginner workout programme?
A structured programme with a clear start point, qualified support and a friendly group environment, like our Mission 2 Mobility or Seated Yoga 6-week blocks. You know exactly what to expect each week, and you build up gradually. That consistency is what makes the difference.
Does Pilates actually get you toned?
Regular Pilates builds real functional strength, particularly in your core, back and legs. It won’t give you a gym physique, but it will make you stronger, more stable and better able to do the things you enjoy in everyday life. That’s what our members value most.
