The Wellness Collective – Community Wellbeing Events in North East

All money raised from our wellness events go straight back into helping local people in our community through Active Families North East.

Active Families NE is working towards a North East where movement is part of everyday life, community connection is strong, and wellbeing is accessible to everyone.Through programmes such as Step Into STEM, Step Into Wellness, Active Forever, Mission 2 Mobility and ESCAPE-pain, they support people of all ages to move more, feel better and build confidence.

By breaking down barriers and reducing isolation, Active Families NE is helping to create healthier, more connected communities across the region.

The Wellness Collective is part of this work—creating welcoming spaces for people to connect, try something new and focus on their wellbeing.

The Wellness Collective delivers a year-round programme of community wellbeing events in the North East, bringing together movement, learning, relaxation and connection in welcoming, inclusive spaces.

Our events are designed to help people of all ages and abilities feel good, try something new and enjoy time with others in a supportive setting. Whether you are joining us from Sunderland, Washington or elsewhere in the region, each event is built around three simple principles: movement, connection and community.
