Programmes can include Active Forever, Mission 2 Mobility, ESCAPE-pain, weight management, menopause support, community fitness and more, with sessions led by qualified instructors who understand the people they’re supporting.
Alongside the physical activity sessions, our hubs also offer social groups, support drop-ins and relaxed spaces for conversation.
