At Active Families North East, our classes are designed for every body — all ages, all abilities, all fitness levels. Whether you’re building confidence, managing a long-term condition, or just want to stay active with friends, our welcoming sessions are here to help you move, connect, and feel good.
We run sessions across Sunderland, Washington and surrounding areas — with options to join us in person or online.
Active Forever: Seated or Standing
A fun, low-impact class that can be done either seated or standing — perfect for improving fitness, strength, and balance at your own pace. Expect great music, a friendly atmosphere, and a real sense of community.
