Our programmes are all delivered by fully qualified coaches, who have years of experience of teaching early years. All of our classes focus on building confidence, fitness coordination and self esteem of children. In a fun and interactive way, all our sessions are aligned to the EYFS ensuring they fit seamlessly into early years settings whilst encouraging a child to 'have a go' 'keep trying' and 'think' of new ways to do things.
